On 19 April 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the 31st ASEAN-New Zealand Dialogue in Wellington, New Zealand.

The meeting reviewed the existing ASEAN-New Zealand cooperation and discussed the future direction to further strengthen the ASEAN-New Zealand Strategic Partnership, including the cooperation areas under the three pillars of ASEAN, as well as exchanged views on regional and international issues.
