was most impressed on the speedy and uncomplicated delivery of e-visa!
You realize of course, that not everybody has a scanned passportphoto or has it at hand when applying and does not necessarily want to give the credit card-number online!! These facts limit, unfortunately, the number of applications.

e-Visa is very convenient, efficient and informative
I would like to compliment you on the great website you have created for visas. I had used it previously (Dec 06 or Jan 07), and have just completed the application for my upcoming trip. The site is very convenient, efficient and informative.

e-Visa is a Great Service!
e-Visa is great for the tourists who are visiting several countries in South East Asia. To get visa of all countries would take more than 4 weeks, as the passport has to be returned before we could apply for another visa. There is always a chance that one may not get the passport back by the departure time.

Going through immigration at Siem Reap was very quick and easy compared to my previous visit to Siem Reap, where we had to wait for nearly an hour in a hot non- AC hall. The new terminal is very nice. US$25 exit charge is high compared to most Asian countries. Australia does charge a $5 admin charge too for their e-visa.

Well done on creating such a simple and time saving way to obtain a visa. One suggestion - should this not reduce the amount of bureaucracy once one arrives in Cambodia? We found the counter staff slow and humourless - unlike the rest of Cambodia's population - and wonder whether this aspect of the visit could also be more efficient. That said, we had a wonderful time in your country and will tell all of our friends to visit!

This service has improved out of sight. It is now extremly efficient and very quick. Has taken less than four hours to get approved.

Interview With e-Visa Travelers
Barbara and Glenn Halliday, 8 February 2008
1. Can you share with our readers more about you, etc?
We live in Salem, Oregon, USA. My husband, Glenn, and I have been retired since 1985, and we enjoy traveling both in and outside of the United States. I am 76 years old; my husband is 80. Our other main hobby is photography and on this trip we probably took 1200 digital photos!
2. How do you find out about e-Visa?
Our son found your website and told us about it. We used the Internet a lot to make arrangements for this trip and to learn more about Cambodia and the temples of Angkor. We were very impressed with the e-Visa website, and also went to many of the links from that website. Our son has been to Cambodia twice before, visiting Siem Reap and Angkor in 1996 and 1997. He traveled to many other parts of Cambodia on his earlier trips. This time, he was our guide and we only visited Siem Reap and the temples of Angkor Wat.
Interview With e-Visa Travelers
Mike Morley, 18 November 2007
1. Tell us about yourself? What do you do fulltime? What kind of projects you have been doing? When?
I am a Web Developer, I previously worked for a Design Agency called Red Snapper on both front and backend code. I now work for Ipreo as Frontend Web Software Developer, looking after HTML/CSS/JavaScript for a Java application used by investment banks in the City of London.
2. You are often accused of being over critical of websites. What makes a good website?
The first, and if nothing else, the only thing a website should do is allow you to achieve your aims when arriving on a website. I believe e-Visa goes beyond with good design. Normal users should be able to move through the process without having to think too much in order to acccomplish their task. From my profession I often think about design and process, but this is often when things go wrong and a user is left confused on what to do.
