His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister HOR Namhong, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation led a Cambodian delegation to participate in the Ministerial Retreat of Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) in Krabi province of Thailand from 1-3 November 2004.

During the Retreat, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister HOR Namhong together with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Union of Myanmar, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam attended the open session with development partners.
