At the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Li Zhaoxing, Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China, His Excellency Senior Minister HOR Namhong, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will lead a delegation of the Kingdom of Cambodia to participate in the 3rd Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Qingdao, the People's Republic of China from 21-22 June 2004.

While in China, His Excellency Senior Minister HOR Namhong will attend an informal meeting of ASEAN Foreign Ministers with Chinese Foreign Minister.

Moreover, His Excellency Senior Minister HOR Namhong together with other ACD Foreign Ministers will pay a collective courtesy call on His Excellency Mr. Wen Jiabao, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
