On 30 April 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Mr. Fabrice ETIENNE, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the French Embassy to Cambodia, at the Ministry. The discussion centered on the mutual objective of elevating bilateral relations between the two countries to become strategic partners by 2026 as well as shared views on current and future projects to make this goal a reality.
