In the morning of 26 July 2021, at the Ministry, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and His Excellency MIKAMI Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and related documents on the extension of Grant Aid for the purpose of the implementation of the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship in 2021.
