In the morning of 11 August 2021, H.E. Ambassador Hok Sophea, accompanied by Mr. Yen Samnang, Second Secretary, attended the signing ceremony via video conference of the MoU between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on Cultural and Fine Arts Cooperation and MoU between the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on Youth Cooperation. The signing ceremony took place at the VIP Room of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium. The two MoUs were signed by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports and H.E. Mrs. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, as representatives of the Kingdom of Cambodia and H.E. Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, as representative of Brunei Darussalam.
