On 13 October 2021, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over and delivered an opening speech at the Asia-Europe Forum on Women, Peace and Security, which was organized by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs. 
This Forum is one of the side-events hosted by Cambodia under the ASEM13 framework to be held next month via videoconference.
