On the morning of 29 November 2021, His Excellency Dr. NHIM Khemara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, delivered opening remarks at the seminar on principles and procedures of inspection and audit, held via videoconference, with the participation from experts of relevant institutions as speakers.

On the afternoon of the same day, His Excellency SOK Chea, Inspector General of the Ministry, delivered closing remarks to close the seminar.
