On the morning of 25 November 2021, His Excellency YEAP Samnang, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to ASEAN, and Cambodian diplomats attended the handover ceremony of the Chairmanship of the Committee of Permanent Representatives to ASEAN (CPR) to Cambodia, presided over by His Excellency Dato Lim Jock Hoi, Secretary-General of ASEAN, at the ASEAN Secretariat.
