On 16 June 2022, on the margins of the Special ASEAN-India Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (SAIFMM), His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn attended as a Special Guest and delivered a speech at the Ministerial Session of the 12th Delhi Dialogue, under the theme “Building Bridges in Indo-Pacific”, co-organized by the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) and the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
