In the morning of 10 August 2022, H.E. Dr. SOK Siphana, Chairman of the National Secretariat of Cambodia (NSC) for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) H.E. Mr. SOK Soken, Vice Chairman of the National Secretariat of Cambodia (NSC) for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) and Head of Project Management and Implementation Unit for the MLC and H.E. Dr. NHIM Khemara, Secretary of State of MFA.IC, led a Kick-Off Project Meeting under the framework of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund 2022. The Meeting is to highlight the progress and developments around the world, in the ASEAN region and the Mekong sub-region, especially in the MLC framework, and share financing procedures to implementing agencies in order to ensure smooth implementation of all new projects and that they are in accordance with the standards set out in the legal framework. For 2022, Cambodia has received a total of 13 new projects supported by the MLC Special Fund 2022.
