On the afternoon of 03 February 2023, on the sidelines of the 32nd ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) and ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ (AMM) Retreat in Jakarta, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Bui Thanh Son, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
