On the afternoon of Wednesday, 24 May 2023, in Futian Shangri-la Hotel, Shenzhen, China, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency NONG Rong, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and ASEAN SOM Leader of China. The Meeting discussed and reflected on long-standing ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations from the early contact until China has become a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) of ASEAN in 2021. Both sides also exchanged views on the future direction of their dialogue partnership, and a wide range of issues across the three community pillars.
