On the morning of 17 September 2025,​ at the Ministry, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and His Excellency WANG Wenbin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China, signed the Agreement on the Cooperation Projects of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Special Fund 2025, amounting to approximately USD 2.5 million to support a total of 11 projects in Cambodia.
