On 20 October 2025, at Itamaraty Palace, His Excellency Nguon Hong Prak presented the Letter of Credence to His Excellency Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, accrediting him as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Federative Republic of Brazil.
