On the morning of 13 November 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Marcos dos Reis da Costa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides underscored their shared commitment to strengthening cooperation and exchanged views on further advancing collaborative efforts that contribute to promoting peace, security, and stability in the region.
