On the morning of 27 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, co-chaired the 15th Meeting of the Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) between Cambodia-Laos with His Excellency Thongsavan PHOMVIHANE, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao DPR in Vientiane, Lao PDR. 

In his opening remarks, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister highly valued the importance of the growing bilateral ties between Cambodia and Laos that are bound together by years of solidarity and close cooperation. Both sides also reaffirmed their shared commitment to further strengthen this vital partnership for mutual benefit.

The Meeting also reviewed the progress of the 14th JCBC Meeting between Cambodia-Laos and explored new areas to further deepen and broaden our cooperation.

Towards the end of the Meeting, both sides attended the Signing Ceremony on the Agreed Minutes of the 15th JCBC Meeting.
