On the afternoon of 3 December 2025, at the Ministry, H.E. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a meeting with H.E. Christian DesRoches, Ambassador of Canada; H.E. Igor Driesmans, Ambassador of the European Union; and H.E. Stefan Messerer, Ambassador of Germany to Cambodia. The meeting focused on discussing ways to further strengthen cooperation within the framework of the United Nations.
