On the afternoon of 2 December 2025, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) held the closing ceremony of a training course on Diplomatic skills and international relations for 26 officials from the Ministry of Economy and finance and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban planning and Construction. 

The event was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of state of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the participation of  His Excellency Liv Sophanareoun, Under Secretary of state of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and His Excellency Cheuy Vichet, President of the NIDIR.

Addressing at the closing ceremony,  His Excellency the Secretary of State advised all trainees to apply the knowledge and experience gained from this training course in their work with success and high efficiency.
