H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn paid homage to the late Sergeant Major Luy Bunlong

On 13 January 2017, H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chairman of National Coordination Committee for UN-Peace Keeping Operations led a delegation to pay homage to the late Sergeant Major Luy Bunlong, a military officer of Engineer Company 459 who passed away while on UN-Peace Keeping Mission in Central Africa Republic due to severe malaria.
