On the morning of 15 August 2023, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Secretary of State, on behalf of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Muhammetnyyaz Mashalov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Cambodia with residence in Kuala Lumpur, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the development of bilateral relations including exploring new avenues to further strengthen cooperation on politics, trade, technology, tourism, education, sport and people-to-people contacts, as well as promoting collaboration within the multilateral framework.

His Excellency Muhammetnyyaz Mashalov presented his letter of credence to His Majesty the King of Cambodia on 14 August 2023 at the Royal Palace.
