On the morning of 17th July 2024,​ Her Excellency TOUCH Sopharath, Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation received a courtesy call on by 2 Cambodian scholarship recipients of German Development-Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) Programme.

Her Excellency Under Secretary of State expressed her appreciation for their achievements. As a former Cambodian Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Her Excellency shared some important tips of living in Germany and highlighted the important roles of the Cambodian Embassy in Germany, and encouraged them to maintain active contact with the Embassy. Her Excellency wishes both students immense success in their studies and future endeavors.
