On 16 May 2025, His Excellency Khuon Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the celebration of the 69th anniversary of the establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Cambodia and Russia, held at the residence of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
