On the evening of 16 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a delegation of the Ministry to participate in the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie, which will be held from 19 to 20 November 2025 in Kigali, Republic of Rwanda.
