In the afternoon of 3 January 2019, Lok Chum Teav Eat Sophea, Secretary of State and Representative of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, received a courtesy call from 39 Australian and New Zealand scholarship winners for 2019 to continue their postgraduate study on subjects including International Relations, Law, Public Policy, Business, Accounting, Finance etc.
