In the morning of 28 December 2017, H.E. Senior Minister Prak Sokhonn visited and attended a meeting with people living in Prasat Commune of Sa Ang District, Kandal. In the occasion, H.E. Senior Minister also distributed gifts to poor families living in the commune.
