Mr. Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with people and gave donation to vulnerable families, made obeisance to the monks in Prek Toch pagoda and inspect the soon to be built Phoenix garden, in Prek Kouy Commune, Saang District, Kandal Province.
