On July 19, 2019, H.E. Mr. SOK Chea, Ambassador of Cambodia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, accompanied by Mr. MAO Dareth, First Secretary, paid tribute to the Myanmar fallen heroes on the occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of Martyrs’ Day at the Martyrs’ Mausoleum in Yangon, Myanmar.

The Martyrs’ Day is celebrated to recall the fallen national heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence in 1947, including General Aung San and other eight heroes.
