On the morning of 17 August 2019, H.E. Prak Nguon Hong, Ambassador of Cambodia to Viet Nam, accompanied H.E. Chheang Vun, Chairman of the 5th Committee of the National Assembly of Cambodia and Member of the delegation, to attend the 7th Conference of the Foreign Affairs Committees of the National Assemblies of the three Countries (Cambodia-Vietnam-Laos) held from 17-18 August 2019 in Hạ Long city, Quang Ninh province, Viet Nam.
