In the evening of 29 August 2019, H.E. Prak Nguon Hong, Outgoing Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, accompanied by the Embassy’s officials, paid a farewell call on H.E. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Prime Minister of Viet Nam, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Viet Nam.
