H.E. Mrs. EAT Sophea accompanied by senior officials of the Ministry, laid wreaths at the Independence Monument

In the afternoon of 08 November 2019, H.E. Mrs. EAT Sophea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied by senior officials of the Ministry, laid wreaths at the Independence Monument and paid homage to the Late King-Father « PREAH BOROM RATTANAK KOUD » to commemorate the 66th Anniversary of the Independence Day.
