H.E. CHAY Navuth, Ambassador of Cambodia to Viet Nam, accompanied Samdech Pichey Sena TEA Banh and 18 delegates

On 20 December 2019, His Excellency CHAY Navuth, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, accompanied Samdech Pichey Sena TEA Banh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense, and 18 delegates to attend:

1. Official Welcoming Ceremony for Samdech Pichey Sena TEA Banh, Deputy Prime
   Minister, Minister of National Defense of Cambodia with honour troops;
2. Bilateral Meeting between Minister of National Defense of Cambodia and Minister of
   Defense of Viet Nam;
3. The signing of the Protocol on the Defense Cooperation Phase 2020-2024 between
   the Ministry of Defense of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Ministry of
   National Defense of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
4. The Awarding ceremony of medals by the Minister of Defense of Viet Nam to
   Samdech Pichey Sena TEA Banh and Samdech Pichey Sena to honor units and
   dignitaries of the Viet Nam People’s Army.
