H.E. Senior Minister, Prak Sokhonn, 17 March 2017, led Officials of MFAIC to pay homage and provided a bunch of flowers to the late Samdach Vibol Panha Sok An, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers who had passed away by illness at the age of 66 on 15 March 2017.
