On the morning of 29 May 2023, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Justin Whyatt, Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. In the meeting, both sides discussed on the strengthening of bilateral relations and cooperation between Cambodia and Australia, and also exchanged views on democracy and human rights in Cambodia.
