On 24 April 2024, His Excellency KHUON Phonrattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a meeting with His Excellency Ambassador Goran Aleksic, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, during the latter working visit to Cambodia, in the capacity as the Special Envoy of the President of National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. 

The discussion centered around fostering bilateral and multilateral cooperation. They further emphasized the critical importance of high-level interactions and the promotion of mutual understanding as significant elements for advancing the prosperity and progress of both nations.
