On 25 April 2024, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Signing Ceremony of the renewed cooperation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Asia Foundation to replace the previous MoU which was expired on December 2023. The signing ceremony was represented by His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, President of NIDIR and Ms. Meloney Lindberg, the Country Representative of the Asia Foundation. The renewal of this MoU is a testament to the goodwill and good cooperation between the two institutions.
