On the afternoon of April 21st, 2025, Her Excellency Dr. SOEUNG Rathchavy presented Letter of Credence accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Mongolia, with residence in Beijing, to His Excellency KHÜRELSÜKH Ukhnaa, President of Mongolia, at Sükhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar. 
After presentating her Credentials, Dr. SOEUNG Rathchavy had a brief conversation with Her Excellency Batmunkh BATTSETSEG, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
