On the afternoon of 12 May 2025, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Dr. Ram Madhav, President of the India Foundation, at the Ministry. During the cordial meeting, Dr. Ram Madhav apprised His Excellency the Secretary of State of the India Foundation’s initiative to collaborate with Cambodian institutions in organizing international dialogues on bilateral relations between Cambodia and India, and India's ties with ASEAN.  These dialogues are envisioned to focus on key issues, such as tourism, economics, and people-to-people connections.

His Excellency the Secretary of State welcomed the India Foundation’s proposed initiative. Both sides expressed their shared commitment to advancing Cambodia-India relations and further strengthening India-ASEAN cooperation for the mutual benefit of the peoples of India, Cambodia, and ASEAN.
