On the morning of 9 June 2025, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the Opening Ceremony of the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), held from 9-13 June 2025, in Nice, France.
