On the afternoon of 20 June 2025, Her Excellency PHEN Savny, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Suren Baghdasaryan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Kingdom of Cambodia​ with Residence in Hanoi, at the Ministry, after he had presented the Letters of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia.

Her Excellency Under-Secretary of State, warmly congratulated His Excellency Suren Baghdasaryan on his appointment as Ambassador to Cambodia and highly valued the cordial relations between Cambodia and Armenia over the past three decades, which have been strengthened by mutual respect and understanding.

Both sides discussed potential areas for further cooperation between the two countries, and reaffirmed mutual support in multilateral fora.
