On the afternoon of 2 September 2025, at the Ministry, His Excellency SEA Kosal, Secretary of State, received a courtesy call from Mr. TRAN TUAN ANH and presented to him the Exequatur, admitting him to exercise his functions as Consul General of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Battambang.

During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State extended his warm congratulations to the newly appointed Consul General on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and emphasized the importance of further deepening the traditional relations and fostering the trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.
