On the morning of 3 September 2025, H.E. Cheuy Vichet, President of NIDIR, and Ms. Nellie Ghusayni, Chief of the IOM Mission in Cambodia, co-signed the training manual entitled “Improving Assistance and Protection to Cambodian Nationals Affected by Crises Abroad” at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), presided by H.E. Mrs. YENTIENG Puthiraksmey and H.E. Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretaries of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The Manual provides clear guidelines, best practices, and timely response measures to ensure that Cambodian citizens abroad receive immediate assistance and protection, regardless of their location.
