On the morning of 10 September 2025, His Excellency YEAP SAMNANG, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, participated in the ASEAN Plus Three Preparatory Senior Officials' Meeting (APT Prep-SOM) in Port Dickson, Malaysia.

The Meeting discussed the preparations for the upcoming 28th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Summit to be held in October 2025.
