On the morning of 12 September 2025, on the occasion of the 5th Day of Pchum Ben, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, together with the Ministry’s leadership and officials, offered some food and donations to the monks at Sopor Pagoda, located in Mkak Commune, Angk Snuol District, Kandal Province.
