On the afternoon of 15 September 2025, on the occasion of the 9th Day of Pchum Ben, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and his Spouse, accompanied by the Ministry's leaders and officials, offered some food and donations to the monks at Ounalom Pagoda, Phnom Penh.
