On the morning of 18 September 2025, on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, participated in the discussion of the draft law on the Addendum  to the Treaty of Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone (SEANWFZ Treaty) with Commission on Interior, National Defense, Civil Service and Border Affairs (Fourth Commission) and Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Information (Fifth Commission), and Representatives of other Commissions of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Senate.
