On the morning of the same day, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral Meeting with Her Excellency Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), alongside of the General Debate of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States of America.

The Deputy Prime Minister briefed on the latest updates on the border’s disputes with Thailand. He reiterated Cambodia's position to making every effort to de-escalate the tensions, rebuild trust and implement fully and sincerely the recent agreements towards normalization of Cambodia-Thailand bilateral relations.
