On the morning of 26 September 2025,  His Excellency Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State and Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the opening ceremony for the training course for 44 newly recruited officials, who have successfully passed the examination to serve as foreign service officers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA-IC), orgnanised by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

His Excellency the Secretary of State congratulated and advised all the newly recruited officials to study diligently, pay close attention to the speakers’ presentations, and adhere to NIDIR’s regulations.
