On the afternoon of 30 September 2025, Her Excellency PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State and Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Closing Ceremony of the Orientation Course for 26 appointed diplomats in various positions at Cambodian missions abroad, along with several MFA-IC officials, organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).

Mr. Khieu Rithya, Acting President of NIDIR, also attended and delivered the closing report for the ceremony.

On that occasion, Her Excellency the Secretary of State expressed her deep appreciation to all the trainees who spent their valuable time participating in the training course. She also encouraged the appointed diplomats to diligently discharge their duties with professionalism and patriotic spirit.
